“Since the company was founded in 1996, we have come a long way. From a small family business, we have built a modern medium-sized company that today supplies its products to customers across Europe. Behind every project stands the work of our employees, the trust of our customers, and the courage to invest in new technologies and production capacities.” Together, we celebrated 30 years of growth, technological progress, and partnerships built on trust. We would like to thank all our customers, business partners, and guests who accepted our invitation and joined us for the grand opening of our new production hall and the celebration of the 30th anniversary of ZAKO Turčín. We Don’t Create the Future Tomorrow. We Build It Every Day.
Thirty years of experience have given us a solid foundation on which we can build the company’s further development. Today, we are making the largest investments in the history of ZAKO Turčín – expanding our production capacities, acquiring new technologies, and creating facilities that will enable us to handle increasingly demanding projects and growing customer requirements.
However, for us, development is not only about technology. We devote the same attention to the people behind our results and to long-term relationships with our customers and business partners. It is the combination of modern manufacturing, an experienced team, and mutual trust that creates a solid foundation for the company’s further growth.
Production Capacities
We have a stable monthly capacity of 20,000 MH across a broad portfolio of machinery. In addition, the new production hall expands our production capacities with the Uniport 6000-HV 5-axis gantry machining centre, the ASM1612+APC 5-axis machining centre with an automatic pallet changer, the CLX 750 universal lathe, and the DEA Alpha Performance 3D measuring machine.
Technology
We invest in modern manufacturing technologies, automation, and process digitalisation. As a result, we increase production efficiency, machining accuracy, and flexibility in project execution.
People
Behind every successful project stands an experienced team of professionals. We support employee development, knowledge transfer, and create an environment in which both current and future generations can grow.
Partnerships
Long-term relationships with customers and business partners are the foundation of our success. We build on trust, open communication, and reliable cooperation that brings value to both sides.
