Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions we receive. They will help you better understand how projects are handled with us, what you can expect from us, and what we need from you. What types of projects do you handle?

We provide custom manufacturing of machine parts, from single pieces to small and medium-sized series.
Our preferred production batches are from 5 to 100 pcs, which repeat regularly, for example on a quarterly basis.

Do you also provide surface treatments?

Yes. We operate our own wet paint shop, powder coating, blasting, and pre-treatment processes including phosphating.

If you require special surface treatments such as zinc, nickel, chrome, Tenifer, or carbonitriding, we provide these through our verified subcontractors with whom we maintain long-term cooperation and guarantee service quality.

What are the typical production batch sizes?

We typically manufacture from 5 to 100 pieces. We prefer projects that repeat regularly – ideally on a quarterly basis.

How long does production take?

Production time typically ranges from 4 to 8 weeks.

For complex assembly units including surface treatments, lead times are usually from 8 to 12 weeks. We always strive to adapt to customer needs.

Do you also work with provided documentation?

Yes, we primarily manufacture based on customer documentation. This forms the core of our production.

Do you have capacity for new customers?

Yes. We assess whether the cooperation makes sense for both sides and look for the best match between customer needs and our capabilities.

How does cooperation with a new customer work?

We start with a technical consultation or a pilot project. After verifying quality, pricing, and timelines, we establish a long-term partnership and process communication.

Where are you located and can I visit you in person?

Yes, we are located in Březnice near Zlín and we will be happy to welcome you in person. Upon agreement, a tour of our production and design facilities is also possible.

How do you ensure secure handling of data?

After initial contact and discussion, we agree on signing an NDA. Your data is not shared with third parties and is handled according to the highest security standards. We comply with the requirements of the NIS 2 directive.

What are your strengths?

We are a comprehensive manufacturer of mechanical components – with design, welding, machining, painting, and assembly all under one roof. We can deliver goods using our own transport.

Which industries do you supply to?

We supply parts and assemblies, for example, for:

rail vehicles, railways, trains
production lines for films, paper, tires,
food and pharmaceutical industries,
printing machines,
defense industry,
aerospace
and more.

What certifications do you have?

We hold ISO 9001 and EN 15085 CL1 certifications for the railway industry. Our welders are certified with state examinations and undergo regular training.

What is your production capacity?

Our production capacity is approximately 15,000 standard hours per month. Current availability depends on the required technologies. We always carefully assess the possibilities in advance and communicate with the customer.

Do you supply to the automotive industry?

No, we do not typically manufacture parts in the thousands per batch. We specialize in small and medium series.

Do you provide the required reports?

Yes. We regularly provide FAI (First Article Inspection), measurement reports, and material certificates. The frequency of measurements and specific requirements are always defined in agreement with the customer.

Can you complete customer measurement reports?

Yes. We can complete your forms, or provide measurement reports from our measurement centers in our own format if you do not have predefined templates.

Do you also manufacture prototypes?

Yes. Thanks to our in-house design and complete production facilities, we are able to design, manufacture, and test the first prototype directly at our company.

Is it possible to order only a design solution?

Yes. We will arrange a meeting to understand your requirements and prepare a tailored design. We offer a comprehensive scope, including the design of purchased standardized components and electrical installations. The final documentation is delivered according to mutual agreement.

Do you speak German or English?

Yes. You will be assigned a customer service representative with whom you can communicate daily in both English and German.

What materials do you typically work with?

We manufacture from carbon steels (S235, S355), high-strength steels (Hardox, S700, S890, S960), stainless steels (e.g. 1.401), aluminum alloys and armored steels (e.g. ARMOX), and others. These materials are both welded and machined.

Do you have WPQR in your company?

Yes, we have a range of approved WPQR. If you require a weld type that we currently do not have qualified, our welding engineer will assess it and we can additionally qualify WPQR in an independent laboratory.

How quickly can you prepare a quotation?

It depends on complexity – typically within 5 working days. For complex projects, we consult details continuously, and in urgent cases we respond immediately.

Do you have measuring centers – CMM?

Yes, we have 4 measuring centers (CMM) and 2 measuring arms. All measuring devices are regularly calibrated in an independent laboratory to ensure maximum measurement accuracy.

How do you ensure quality and precision?

Each product undergoes quality inspection. We use a proven production management system, an experienced team, regularly calibrated measuring equipment, and documented procedures. We work carefully because we know that precision matters.
