Yes. We operate our own wet paint shop, powder coating, blasting, and pre-treatment processes including phosphating.
If you require special surface treatments such as zinc, nickel, chrome, Tenifer, or carbonitriding, we provide these through our verified subcontractors with whom we maintain long-term cooperation and guarantee service quality.

Yes, we are located in Březnice near Zlín and we will be happy to welcome you in person. Upon agreement, a tour of our production and design facilities is also possible.
After initial contact and discussion, we agree on signing an NDA. Your data is not shared with third parties and is handled according to the highest security standards. We comply with the requirements of the NIS 2 directive.

Our production capacity is approximately 15,000 standard hours per month. Current availability depends on the required technologies. We always carefully assess the possibilities in advance and communicate with the customer.
No, we do not typically manufacture parts in the thousands per batch. We specialize in small and medium series.
Yes. We regularly provide FAI (First Article Inspection), measurement reports, and material certificates. The frequency of measurements and specific requirements are always defined in agreement with the customer.
Yes. We can complete your forms, or provide measurement reports from our measurement centers in our own format if you do not have predefined templates.
Yes. Thanks to our in-house design and complete production facilities, we are able to design, manufacture, and test the first prototype directly at our company.
Yes. We will arrange a meeting to understand your requirements and prepare a tailored design. We offer a comprehensive scope, including the design of purchased standardized components and electrical installations. The final documentation is delivered according to mutual agreement.
Yes. You will be assigned a customer service representative with whom you can communicate daily in both English and German.
We manufacture from carbon steels (S235, S355), high-strength steels (Hardox, S700, S890, S960), stainless steels (e.g. 1.401), aluminum alloys and armored steels (e.g. ARMOX), and others. These materials are both welded and machined.
Yes, we have a range of approved WPQR. If you require a weld type that we currently do not have qualified, our welding engineer will assess it and we can additionally qualify WPQR in an independent laboratory.
It depends on complexity – typically within 5 working days. For complex projects, we consult details continuously, and in urgent cases we respond immediately.
Yes, we have 4 measuring centers (CMM) and 2 measuring arms. All measuring devices are regularly calibrated in an independent laboratory to ensure maximum measurement accuracy.
Each product undergoes quality inspection. We use a proven production management system, an experienced team, regularly calibrated measuring equipment, and documented procedures. We work carefully because we know that precision matters.
