Quality control

Quality control is a key priority in our company. Customer requirements are ensured by a team of experienced inspectors independent of production. In addition to standard measuring tools, we use advanced coordinate measuring machines (DEA, Aberlink) and Romer measuring arms. Providing measurement reports according to customer requirements is standard practice. We use 3D measuring equipment, magnetic testing (MT), optical measurement, and penetrant testing (PT). We also inspect surface treatments, including thickness, integrity, and gloss of coatings.

Quality control and industry standards

To maintain the highest level of product quality, we apply a strict quality control system throughout the entire production process. Each project undergoes thorough final inspection to ensure full compliance with drawings and customer specifications. Quality supervision also includes monitoring of critical parameters during machining and welding processes – allowing us to detect and correct deviations in time.

Quality tools and processes we use

3D measurement and precision inspection

Finished components and assemblies are inspected using high-precision coordinate measuring machines (CMM). For welds and steel parts, we also apply magnetic particle testing (MT). This allows us to verify dimensions, geometry, and surface integrity according to drawing tolerances. We also use calibrated gauges (micrometers, calipers, roughness testers) for continuous in-process inspection.

Quality system based on international standards

Our quality management system is based on ISO 9001 and is continuously improved. This enables us to reliably supply even highly regulated industries while maintaining all required quality and safety standards.

Complete documentation and traceability

Upon request, we provide full documentation including material certificates, measurement reports, and production records. We ensure full traceability – linking each component to its material batch and production process. This level of documentation is essential in railway, food, pharmaceutical, and defense industries and is standard in our deliveries.
