This is followed by process planning, manufacturing, final inspection, and delivery of the finished project within the agreed timeframe.

In the following scheme, you will find a detailed description of all the steps that typically take place during project execution. This system allows us to maintain a high level of service and provides clients with maximum transparency throughout the cooperation process.
You can contact us by email (sales@zakoturcin.cz), by phone, or via the contact form. We will clarify the basic details of your project – what you need, in what quantity, timeframe, and with what specifications.
We arrange a meeting (in person or online) to clarify the assignment, technical requirements, materials, surface treatments, and other details. If needed, we also provide design support or proposal optimization.
Based on your requirements, we prepare a quotation, usually within 5 working days. For more complex projects, we consult with you continuously throughout the process. If you require regular deliveries, we can jointly optimize pricing and lead times. We also offer contract options that are mutually beneficial, with clearly defined terms in advance.
After approval of the price and terms, we schedule production in our system. The customer receives an order confirmation with the delivery date.
Parts are manufactured according to proven processes. Each product undergoes final inspection and measurement. We also provide measurement reports, FAI, or material certificates as agreed.
We carefully pack the goods according to your requirements. Delivery is handled either by our own transport or by a shipping service. Everything is prepared for easy receipt and immediate integration into your production.
We stay in touch even after delivery, because your satisfaction matters to us. Our goal is not one-time deliveries, but long-term partnership.
