Services

Our philosophy is simple – to deliver a finished, fully functional product to the customer. That is why we also provide surface treatments directly in our Surface Treatment Center in Provodov, equipped with a semi-automatic blasting box, a phosphating booth, and two combined painting and drying booths. Thanks to the integration with our production, we save customers both time and costs associated with coordinating multiple suppliers. Every project undergoes final inspection and is ready for immediate use.

    Complete solutions
    Shot blasting, phosphating, painting, and other surface treatments are carried out in-house.
    In-house painting
    in our own spray booth
    Two combined spray booths measuring 7000 × 4000 × 3500 mm enable both low-pressure and high-pressure painting.
    Quality control
    at every stage
    Each project is inspected during production as well as after completion. Quality is documented by a report. Upon customer request, we can provide coating thickness and gloss measurement reports or supply samples for testing.

    process coordination
    The paint shop is connected via an overhead conveyor, so components remain suspended throughout all stages (phosphating, painting, drying). Minimal handling prevents mechanical damage and increases efficiency.

    Applied coating systems

    For wet painting, we use proven coating systems from leading European manufacturers –
    PPG, Mankiewicz, FreiLacke, Tikkurila, Hempel and others.
    Thanks to our experience with various technologies, we can adapt to specific customer requirements, both in terms of paint types and the scope of coating inspection and testing.

    Surface Treatment Center equipment

    Two painting and drying booths: Internal dimensions 7 x 4 x 3.5 m. Equipped with an overhead conveyor for lighter parts up to 1.2 t. Heavy parts are handled on a rail trolley with a capacity of up to 5 t.

    Phosphate pretreatment for painting: Washing booth with the same dimensions as the painting booth, also connected to an overhead conveyor and rail system.

    Suspended blasting machine: For blasting parts using steel shot, with maximum dimensions of 2 m in diameter during rotation, height up to 3 m, and weight up to 1.8 t.

    Annealing furnace: Furnace with temperature control and recording of the heat treatment process up to 900°, with internal dimensions of 2 x 1.5 x 1.5 m and a load capacity of 5 t.
