Assemblies
Assembly units represent the pinnacle of our comprehensive manufacturing capabilities. We are able to take over complete customer documentation and deliver a fully functional, tested unit ready for immediate use. We ensure all stages – from design, welding, machining, surface finishing, and painting to final assembly and commissioning. Our customers thus receive complete units without the need to coordinate multiple suppliers, delivered exactly according to the provided specifications and within the agreed timeframe.

Assembly and production process
We specialize in the complete assembly of light and medium-duty mechanical units, from frames and subassemblies to fully functional equipment. The process includes fitting, installation of fasteners, bearings and drives, as well as functional testing.
Thanks to the integration of welding, machining, and assembly, we offer customers comprehensive solutions under one roof – from prototype to final assembly ready for integration into higher-level systems.
Each project undergoes final quality inspection and functional testing. We provide measurement reports and material certificates with the finished product.
Technology and quality control
Thanks to our in-house metal fabrication, welding, and machining capabilities, we handle the entire process internally.
We use manual and robotic welding, machining, 3D measurement, and advanced metrology systems.
We comply with EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 15085-2 CL1 standards, ensuring quality even for demanding industrial sectors.
Each project is managed through our internal planning system, ensuring a smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
