Locksmithing
Our metal fabrication is a core pillar of the company. We manufacture welded structures of various sizes and materials in accordance with the strictest standards, such as EN ISO 3834-2. Thanks to our experienced team of fabricators and welders, as well as modern equipment, we achieve high precision and weld strength. The process also includes subsequent machining, surface finishing, assembly, and quality control – ensuring that the customer receives a complete product that meets even the most demanding requirements.
Expertise and technology
- Manufacture of welded structures and sheet metal parts – steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Weldments up to 5,000 kg including annealing, sandblasting, and machining.
- Robotic welding up to 6,000 mm in size and 4,000 kg in weight.
- Welding of structural and high-strength steels.
- Welding of special materials such as Armox, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- For all welding processes, we have certified welders and process quality verified by WPQR tests.
- We verify weld quality using magnetic, penetrant, visual, and ultrasonic testing.
- Dimensional accuracy is ensured using state-of-the-art equipment – 3D measuring arms and 3D scanning systems.
- Preparation of semi-finished products by cutting, machining, and heat treatment.
- After fabrication of weldments, we carry out machining, surface finishing, and final assembly into mechanical units in-house.

Advanced welding technologies
We utilize a wide range of methods – MIG, MAG, TIG, resistance and spot welding – using the most advanced technologies such as robotic and laser welding, flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), and manual metal arc welding (MMA).
Thanks to advanced technologies and an experienced team, we are able to weld even special materials, such as high-strength steels up to 960 MPa as well as armored steels like Armox.
Our seven-axis robotic workstation can handle parts up to 6,000 mm in length and 4,000 kg in weight, ensuring consistent weld quality, high productivity in serial production, and repeatability of quality.
For small-batch and specialized production, we use manual welding performed by experienced welders. We process structural and stainless steels, aluminum alloys, and copper. The process also includes annealing, surface finishing, and final machining.
For preparation of cut parts, we use waterjet, laser, plasma, and oxy-fuel cutting of plates up to 250 mm thick. This allows us to optimize the entire production process of welded structures.
Experienced team and certifications
Expert welding and assembly of mechanical units form the foundation of our production. Our experienced staff can handle even highly complex weldments or thin-walled structures, ensuring that no requirement is too demanding for us.
For all types of materials and welds, we have certified welders and quality verified by WPQR tests. We also employ certified EWE welding engineers and qualified welders in accordance with EN ISO 9606.
Customers receive a fully finished product ready for immediate use.
We hold EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 15085-2 CL1 certifications, confirming our capability to manufacture and weld for demanding industrial sectors.
In addition to welding, we also provide complete assembly – fitting, installation, and integration of functional subassemblies according to customer drawings.
Key welding capabilities
- Quality control: Weld quality is verified by our team of qualified inspectors using visual and non-destructive methods (VT, PT, MT, and externally also UT), under the supervision of certified EWE welding engineers.
- Thanks to EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 15085-2 CL1 certifications, we guarantee consistent production quality even for the most demanding industrial sectors.
- Dimensional accuracy is ensured using state-of-the-art equipment – 3D measuring arms and 3D scanning systems.
- Advanced welding methods: We perform robotic welding as well as LASER, TIG, MIG/MAG, MMA, and FCAW processes, or resistance and spot welding, depending on project requirements. We select the optimal technology for the given material and thickness, ensuring strong, high-quality joints without defects.
- Weldments and frame structures: We have strong expertise and experience in complex welded structures. We manufacture weldments, machine frames, and equipment enclosures precisely according to drawings. Our experience allows us to handle complex assemblies with multiple welds while maintaining overall dimensional accuracy.
